The Work

What We Did

Launched the digital storefront

Site went live November 2025 — purpose-built for local search and easy browsing, so customers know what's in stock before they drive out.

Put the entire catalog online

Every plant Mojave Bloom carries is indexed and browseable. More product pages means more ways to land in a search result, and a shopper who already knows what's in stock is a warmer walk-in.

Set up analytics that measure everything

GA4 and conversion tracking wired in from day one, so every session, source, and action is measured — no guesswork about what's working.

Google Ads at pocket-change CPCs

Local search and Performance Max campaigns launched in January 2026. Six months in: 91,196 impressions, 3,757 clicks, a 4.1% CTR, and a $0.46 average cost per click — strong numbers for local retail.

Made organic the leading channel

Local SEO, an indexed catalog, and consistent content pushed organic search to 45% of all traffic — the #1 source, ahead of direct and paid. That's the number that matters for a brand that didn't exist online a year ago.

Directed content and blog strategy

Built the editorial framework: topic map around what desert-Vegas homeowners actually search for, cadence that fits the team's bandwidth, and voice guidelines so anyone on staff can write on brand.

Set the email marketing direction

Advised on segmentation, cadence, and lifecycle flows — how to turn the customer list into repeat visits and pre-planned buyers without adding a daily send job to the team.

Set the organic social direction

Content pillars, voice, and posting cadence for the platforms Mojave Bloom already runs — turning day-to-day nursery activity into consistent posts without pulling the team off the floor.

Shaped the event strategy

Framed how the nursery should think about in-store programming and community events — what draws locals in, what fits the brand, and what earns organic word-of-mouth beyond the buy-and-leave visit.
